Build a box, add it to your order, then build another. Every box is one type and one flavor, so it can be labeled properly, and you can add as many boxes as you like.

A window opens

Announced to the list above first, then on Instagram. Windows are limited by how much one home oven can do.

You order and pay

Pick your pack, type, and flavor, then pay by card or Apple Pay. That's what locks in your spot, and I'll confirm by email with your pickup details.

Pick up on Beach 98th on Saturday

You'll get the confirmed window and address once your order is in. Paying when you order is what locks in your spot.

Policies

What you're agreeing to

Short, and worth reading before you order.

Ordering: Open Monday, closed Thursday at 9am, for that Saturday's pickup
Payment: In full when you order, by card or Apple Pay. Paying is what locks in your spot.
Insurance: Covered through the Food Liability Insurance Program (FLIP)
Pickup: Saturdays, 9am to 12pm, on Beach 98th in Rockaway Park. No delivery or shipping yet
Unclaimed orders: Orders not picked up by 12pm can be collected by arrangement. After that I can't hold them or offer a refund.
Cancellations: If I ever have to cancel your order, you get a full refund, no questions.
Changes: Need to change something? Reach out before Thursday morning and I'll do what I can.
Sales tax: None: cold, packaged bakery items are tax exempt in New York
Allergens: Ask before ordering, anytime: I'll send the full ingredient list

I bake out of my home under New York State's Home Processor program.
