How ordering works

Announced to the list above first, then on Instagram. Windows are limited by how much one home oven can do.

Choose your flavors, types, and quantity. You'll get a confirmation with your pickup details, no payment now.

At least 24 hours after you order. You'll get the confirmed window and address once your order is in: bring cash or Zelle, no money owed before then.

Policies

Short, and worth reading before you order.

Lead time: 24 hours minimum, no exceptions
Payment: At pickup, cash or Zelle. Nothing owed until your rolls are in your hands.
Pickup: Saturdays and Sundays in Rockaway Park, no delivery or shipping yet
Cancellations: If I ever have to cancel your order, you'll hear from me right away, and you owe nothing.
Changes: Need to change something? Reach out before the 24-hour mark and I'll do what I can.
Sales tax: None: cold, packaged bakery items are tax exempt in New York
Allergens: Ask before ordering, anytime: I'll send the full ingredient list

I bake out of my home under New York State's Home Processor program.
